Hello there! As a mum to three children, I find great solace and restoration in the tranquility of nature. My professional path as a Clinical Psychologist has been intertwined with a deep commitment to teen mental health. This passion has evolved, and I now find immense fulfillment in my role as a Parent Coach.  I'm registered as a practitioner Psychologist in the UK with the HCPC and the British Psychological Society.
